A Competition That Builds Real Developers

The competition is held online; registration, submissions, evaluation, and results all take place through this portal. Participants develop a complete web application based on their selected idea, implement both frontend and backend functionality, and demonstrate practical, AI-assisted development throughout the process.

Participation

Who Can Participate?

  • Age 15 - 20

    Young developers between 15 and 20 years of age. Verify with Date of Birth during registration.

  • Exactly 2 Members

    Each team must consist of exactly 2 members - no solo or larger teams.

  • Pakistani Phone

    Only Pakistani phone numbers are accepted (e.g. 03XX-XXXXXXX or +92-3XX-XXXXXXX).

  • Build & Present

    Be prepared to develop and present a complete web application with both frontend and backend.

Each team must provide the following information. The registration fee is PKR 500 per team, not per member.

Two Rounds, One Winning Idea

Round 1 is built on the idea you submitted during registration. The top 5 teams advance to Round 2, where they solve a real-world problem. 1st Prize and Runner-up are selected after final evaluation.

Develop a complete web application based on the idea you submitted during registration.

Shortlisting: the top 5 teams are selected to advance to Round 2.

Round 2

Real-World Problem Challenge

The 5 shortlisted teams receive a problem statement based on a real-world problem and must build a complete solution for it.

  • Develop a complete web solution for the assigned problem.
  • Solution must include both frontend and backend functionality.
  • Demonstrate your development process and explain your solution.
Final evaluation happens through submitted work plus a Google Meet discussion with each team.

Judging & Evaluation

How Projects Are Evaluated

Projects are evaluated through the submitted work and a Google Meet discussion with each team, where teams explain their implementation and answer questions.

UI / Design

Quality, usability, visual structure, responsiveness, and overall user interface.

Codebase

Code organization, implementation quality, maintainability, and technical execution.

Idea Selection

Clarity, relevance, problem definition, and how effectively the idea is translated into a working solution.

Google Meet Evaluation

Teams are onboarded to a Google Meet session to discuss the idea they developed, explain their implementation, and answer questions about their project.

Awards & Prize Pool

What Teams Compete For

The 1st Prize is PKR 5,000, the Runner-up receives PKR 3,000, and every other participant who completes the hackathon receives an e-certificate.

Is the hackathon online or on-site?

The hackathon is held online. Registration, submissions, evaluation, and results all happen through this portal, so teams participate from anywhere without attending on-site.

What is the registration fee?

The registration fee is PKR 500 per team, not per member.

How many members can a team have?

Each team must have exactly 2 members.

What is the eligible age range?

Participants must be between 15 and 20 years of age. Both members' dates of birth are verified during registration.

Which phone numbers are accepted?

Only Pakistani phone numbers are accepted (e.g. 03XX-XXXXXXX or +92-3XX-XXXXXXX format).

Why is payment proof required?

Payment proof must be uploaded during registration as a transaction image or screenshot to confirm your PKR 500 registration fee.

Is there a limit on the idea description?

Yes, idea descriptions must not exceed 1,200 characters.

When will I get a registration confirmation?

Every submitted registration is reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours.

Where do we submit our round projects?

Host your website on Vercel, make the repository public, prepare documentation, and submit the links (website, repo, Google Doc) from your Team Dashboard once the submission window opens.
